Kennedy

Kennedy's ear tube procedure went well.
We left our house at 5:15 am.
Arrived at Baylor Medical in Irving off 183 and Mac Arthur at 6am.
They came to take Kennedy back at 7:20am.
The doctor returned at 7:30 am to tell us the surgery went well.
Kennedy had what he calls "glue" ear.
The fluid in her ear was sticky and not going to drain on its own.
It was a good thing we did the procedure.
Kennedy was out of recovery and back with us at 7:50am.
She was a little groucy and did not want any hospital personnel in her room.
We were on our way home by 8:30 am.
After her nap, she was wonderful and seemed back to her old self.
It is the fourth day after her procedure and she is as happy as a lark, chattering up a storm, and sleeping all night!!!!!
I would say it was a success!
